Key fields work in the Subject line
In 3.98, the key fields of the Email module can work in the Subject line. For example, if you needed to add a date to the Subject line, that is now possible.
This helps some customers who are missing emails due to how emails get sorted and this would allow them to be broken up by date and not all have the same subject.
To add a key field to your Subject line in an email

Go to the Email module.

Select the Template button at the top of the screen. The list of templates display.

Double-click any template listed. The template displays.

Click the Key Fields button located near the middle left of the screen. The Key Fields list box displays in the upper right corner.

From the Key Fields list box, click and drag the desired key field into the Subject line of the email template below. The Subject field will have a key field displayed like this: [KEY_FIELD_EXAMPLE] in it.
NOTE: You can also type the key field in the Subject field of the email template, if you know it, instead of doing steps 4 and 5 above; it must be exact.

Click Save and Exit. The next time a customer triggers that email template, the new key field will display in the Subject line of the email.
